Yes and yes (sorry, RG, just saw this post). When your bushings are worn you'll get some slop in the play when weight first starts to transfer (corner entry, brake application, throttle application). If your bushings aren't too bad, it shouldn't make a huge difference, but it may give you more confidence

There is a bushing kit from Energy Suspension. In fact, I bought the set and never installed it as I heard it's illegal for T1 specs. If you want them, I'll sell them for less than I bought them for. They're sitting in my garage, unopened.
