Hey folks, just wanted to introduce myself and find clarify a run group question I had.

I recently purchased a 2005 WRX STi as my daily driver/track day/autox car.  Love the car, now planning to take it to it's first track day.  I was thinking of coming up to SOW on the 18th to get familiar with the car. I am pretty much a track novice, with 2 days of McKeever Fast Lane school (their cars, at SOW, ironically), but felt that I was the quckest in the class and got positive feedback from the intructors (FWIW).  I'm assuming I'll be running in the slowest group, but my question is, has the SOS replaced the yellow group that I see mentioned on the site?  Would I run in SOS, or would White w/instructor be a better choice?

Thanks,

Shawn

Having done their school at SOWS and having done well, I'm sure you'll be fine in White. I would go that route and ask for an instructor if you like, though if you wanted to go solo you could. That would be up to you.

Thanks John, I'll go that route.  I just wanted to make sure I didn't assume too much and jump in over my head.
